We truly want you to love every tool you pick out for your garden. But we know that sometimes, things just aren't the right fit. If something isn't quite right with your order, here is how we handle returns at our Rome, Georgia workshop.

The Return Window

You have a full 30 days from the date your package arrives to decide if it's right for you. To be eligible for a full refund, we ask that the tools remain unused, in their original packaging, and in the same "like-new" condition as when they first reached your porch.

How to Start Your Return

Starting a return is simple just reach out to us first:

1. Drop us an email: Send a note to help@leafplot.com with your order number and a quick word on why you’re sending it back.
2. Where to ship: Please send all returns directly to our local hub in Georgia:Leaf & Plot - Returns 1336 Hull Ave SW, Rome, GA 30161-7900, USA.

Note: Please do not mail items back to the original manufacturer; we handle everything ourselves right here in Rome.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If it’s our mistake: If we sent the wrong item or if your tool arrived damaged, Leaf & Plot will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
• If you changed your mind: If you’ve simply had a change of heart or picked the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Getting Your Money Back

Once your return lands at our studio, we’ll take a quick look to verify its condition and shoot you an email to let you know it arrived. If everything checks out, we will process your refund immediately. You can expect the funds to show up in your PayPal account or on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packing, but accidents can happen during transit. Please inspect your carbon steel tools or watering cans as soon as they arrive. If you spot any damage, snap a couple of photos and get in touch with us within 48 hours. We’ll prioritize getting it fixed or replaced for you straight away.
