Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with the new tools you bought for your garden. Here's how we handle returns at our workshop in Rome, Georgia, if anything isn't correct.

Time to Return

  • You have 30 days from the day you get the items to return them.
  • To qualify, tools must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you got them in.

How to Begin a Return

  • Please send us an email at help@leafplot.com with your order number and the reason you want to return it.
  • The return shipping address is 1336 Hull Ave SW, Rome, GA, which our team will provide you.
  • We ask that you do not mail products back to the manufacturer. All returns must come to our local hub.

Costs of Shipping

  • If we delivered you the wrong tool or it got damaged in the mail, Leaf & Plot will pay for all of the shipping charges to send it back.
  • Personal Preference: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will have to pay for the return shipment.

Money Back

  • We will send you an email once we have your return and look it over.
  • If your request is approved, your refund will be sent to your PayPal account or the method you used to pay within 5 to 7 business days.

Goods that are broken Please verify your order when it arrives. If your carbon steel tools or watering cans show indications of damage during shipping, please take a picture and get in touch with us within 48 hours so we can fix it straight away.
