Track Your Order

After your order leaves our studio in Rome, Georgia, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

How to keep track:

  • Step 1: Read the email that says your package is on its way

  • Step 2: Write down the tracking number that was sent to you

  • Step 3: Go to the website of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to obtain live updates

Key Points:

  • Processing: After the carrier picks up the package, it normally takes them 24 to 48 hours to update the tracking information

  • Email: If you haven't gotten an update, look in your spam bin for an email from help@leafplot.com

Need some help? If your tracker hasn't moved in more than five days, email help@leafplot.com and we'll check on it for you.
